The head lift is finally high enough that I can read without propping pillows behind my neck, and the foot raise takes all the pressure off my lower back. I set the head up every night for snoring relief and it holds position rock-solid, no sagging after a few weeks of use.

I was skeptical about spending this much on a bed frame, but raising my feet at the end of the day has honestly cut down my back pain more than I expected. The head position also makes it way easier to watch TV without propping up three pillows. Took me about ten minutes to set up.

The head tilt is perfect for reading in bed, and the foot raise genuinely helps me settle in faster at night. Took a bit of fiddling to find the right angle for snoring relief, but once I did, it’s been a solid upgrade.
