The framed back gives just the right amount of support, and the black finish has a nice texture that hides scuffs well. Set up two by our kitchen island and they feel sturdy enough for everyday use, even with kids climbing on them.

The tapered legs feel really solid under the textured black finish, and the framed back gives just the right support for leaning back during dinner. My kitchen counter is finally complete — sturdy enough that I don't worry about the kids tipping them over.

Assembled it in about twenty minutes and it feels rock solid under my weight. The framed back gives great support, and the textured black finish on the legs looks even better in person than online.
