I was a little worried the clear acrylic legs would look cheap in person, but they're surprisingly solid and give the whole chair a light, airy feel. The shelter arms wrap around just right for curling up with a book, and the velvet catches the light beautifully.

The acrylic legs make it look like the chair is floating, which completely changes the vibe of my reading nook. The shelter arms are tall enough to rest my head against without craning my neck, and the velvet feels sturdy rather than cheap.

The crushed velvet is so soft and catches the light beautifully, it instantly upgraded my reading corner. The clear acrylic legs make the chair look like it's floating, which is exactly the modern touch I wanted. It's comfortable enough for a whole evening of binge-watching.
