The butcher-block top looks surprisingly real for the price, and it holds all our board games without taking over the hallway. Assembly took maybe twenty minutes with the tapered legs screwing in cleanly, so I’ve got no complaints at all.
The tapered legs give it a much lighter look than I expected for a storage bench, and the butcher-block top is surprisingly easy to wipe clean after the kids drop their backpacks on it every day. Fits perfectly in our narrow entryway and still swallows a ton of shoes.
The wood-grain effect on the top looks surprisingly convincing in person, and it’s held up perfectly as a catch-all for shoes by our front door. Tapered legs give it a much sleeker look than your average storage bench, and it fits snugly in our narrow hallway.
